Welcome to DXSHPACKS. By purchasing or using any of our vocal sample packs, you agree to the following terms of use:

Royalty-Free License
All vocal sample packs sold on this site are licensed as 100% royalty-free for both personal and commercial use, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the samples in your original music productions, remixes, DJ sets, and released tracks on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and Beatport—without any additional royalties or clearance requirements.

What You Can Do:
✅ Use the vocals in your music for profit and exposure
✅ Distribute your finished songs on streaming platforms
✅ Use in monetised videos, DJ mixes, and commercial projects
✅ Credit the vocalist if desired (e.g. “Vocals by KXNE”), unless otherwise required

What You Can’t Do:
🚫 Resell, redistribute, or repackage the raw or processed samples
🚫 Claim the vocals as your own original recordings
🚫 Upload to sample marketplaces or share as part of any sample pack
🚫 Use the artist’s name, image, or likeness (e.g. “KXNE”) for promotion, credits, or listings without prior written permission

Use of Artist Name & Likeness
You may not use the name, branding, or image of the vocalist/creator (such as KXNE) to promote or endorse your music or brand. This includes featuring the artist in track titles, artwork, or promotional materials. Unauthorised use may result in copyright takedowns or legal action.

File Format & Content
Packs typically include 20–60 WAV vocal samples (24-bit, 44.1kHz), with dry and wet versions where applicable, plus a simple license file and README for clarity.
